Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Ability to provide boutique visitors with an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate with Customers over the phone in a respectable and cordial manner.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one consultation with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Daily Store Maintenance.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Unpack, display and maintain the condition of products.
  • Offer insight and ideas for sales growth and improved customer experience.
  • Assist the Marketing team as needed. This includes participation in social media requirements such as blogging, tweeting, video production, image submission on a regular basis.
  • Available to cover other shifts and/or other locations within the Dallas area.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding plan targets
  • Grow revenue through customer education of business solutions and product offerings
  • Project hunt for new business
    • Identify and grow new and existing customer accounts using resources available.
    • Responsible for customer retention/recovery activities
    • Manage Customer Follow up
    • Participate in Sales blitzes
    • Maintain and regularly update customer database and other systems and reports as required.
    • All other duties as needed or required.
