Returns & Our Quality Promise

At YUMMY, every order is backed by our quality guarantee. We pour care into every bundle — from sourcing to packaging — and we want you to love your hair. If something isn't right, we want to hear from you.

Because our extensions are hygiene products crafted to order, all sales are final. But unused items are eligible for store credit, and any genuine product concern will be reviewed and resolved fairly by our Customer Care team.

Our Quality Guarantee

If you believe you've received a product that doesn't meet YUMMY standards, contact our Customer Care team at Support@yummyextensions.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the concern.

If YUMMY verifies the product issue, we will offer a fair resolution. If the item is found to be in standard condition, it will be returned to you at our expense via priority mail.

Please note: using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, cutting, removing hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids eligibility for resolution.

Store Credit Returns

Eligible items in unused, unaltered condition may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be in original, resalable condition — unwashed, uncombed, uncut, uncolored, and unaltered
  • Original ties must remain intact as received
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be received within 7 days of delivery date

To initiate a return, email Support@yummyextensions.com with your order details. Once approved, ship your item with your name, phone number, reason for return, and original receipt to:

We recommend using a traceable carrier with signature confirmation. YUMMY is not responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once received and confirmed in resalable condition, store credit will be issued. Store credit cannot be redeemed as cash. If your item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the new order will not qualify for that promotion.

A flat $35 restocking fee applies to all returns and return-to-sender shipments. Shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances:

  • Lace closures
  • Lace frontals
  • Full lace wigs
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Items that have been used, washed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, or altered in any way

We strongly recommend reviewing our hair care tips Texture Showcase, and Video Tutorials before purchasing lace products to ensure the right fit for your needs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order processing begins immediately upon submission to ensure fast fulfillment. As a result, modifications, cancellations, and address changes are not possible after an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

For unmatched billing and shipping addresses, we recommend using PayPal at checkout (no account required).

Undeliverable Packages

After 1–3 delivery attempts, undeliverable packages are returned to our facility.

If your package is returned to us, store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued for the item value, minus the original shipping cost and a $35 restocking fee. Shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable. Please use the E-Gift Card to reorder with the correct address.

Protect Your Order with Route

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout — a small add-on that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind, especially for larger orders. Route claims are quick and easy to file online.

Hair Appointments & Installation

YUMMY is not responsible for any costs related to hair appointments, installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, or any other expenses associated with the installation of our products. This includes stylist cancellation fees, installation costs, and expenses associated with damaged extensions, such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments, and wear and tear.

Please receive and inspect your complete order before confirming any hair appointments.

Limitation of Liability

YUMMY Hair Extensions does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. YUMMY Hair Extensions will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.

This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. For any liability related to the purchase of products, YUMMY Hair Extensions is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
