Every YUMMY order is carefully inspected, sealed in our signature satin packaging, and shipped from our Texas facility — straight to your door.
Payment Verification
- A payment cannot be fully verified through our payment processor
- There is a mismatch in billing and shipping information
- The order is flagged by our fraud prevention system
- The order is high value or a customer’s first purchase
- Unusual or suspicious activity is detected
- Other payment verification reasons
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During promotional or sale periods, processing times may require up to 7 business days due to increased order volume. Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and range from 1–6 business days after shipment (U.S. only). Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the shipping method selected. To help protect your investment, please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Overnight delivery to a P.O. Box may take up to 2 business days. Friday overnight shipments are typically delivered on Monday.
Packages that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts are returned to our facility. Store credit will be issued for the item value, minus shipping and a restocking fee. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10 business days after shipment. International shipping costs may not include import duties or tariffs — please check your country's customs policies before ordering.
Protect Your Order with Route
We offer Route Package Protection at checkout — a small add-on that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind, especially for larger orders.
US delivery takes 1–6 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. After 1–3 delivery attempts, undeliverable packages are returned to our facility and may incur a $35 restock fee.
