Official Rules-Yummy Girl Contest
What is the YUMMY Video Testimonial Contest? The YUMMY Extensions Video Testimonial Contest is a promotional contest open to legal residents of the United States in which participants submit original video content featuring YUMMY Extensions products. One grand prize winner will be selected and awarded $2,500. All eligible submissions may be used by YUMMY Extensions LLC in paid advertising, social media, and other promotional materials.

ELIGIBILITY
Who can enter? The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of YUMMY Extensions LLC and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Do I need to be a customer to enter? No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten request including your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the statement "YUMMY Video Testimonial
Contest Entry Request" to: YUMMY Extensions LLC 2024 W. 15th Street, Suite F-505 Plano, TX 75075. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the contest entry period and received within seven (7) days of the contest closing date. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
HOW TO ENTER
How do I submit my entry? To enter, submit an original video testimonial through the official contest submission page at https://yummyextensions.com/pages/2-500-cash-video-contest . Your video must meet all submission requirements listed below. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will be disqualified.
What are the video requirements?
- Video must be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length
- Video must feature you wearing or styling YUMMY Extensions hair
- Video must be filmed in a well-lit environment with clear audio
- Video must be filmed in vertical format (9:16 ratio) for social media compatibility
- Video must be original content created by you and not previously published or submitted to any other contest
- Video must not contain copyrighted music, third-party trademarks, or content owned by any other party
- Video must not contain nudity, offensive language, or content that violates YUMMY's community standards

Portrait 9:16 is preferred.
How many times can I enter? Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
When is the submission deadline? The contest opens on May 19 at 12:00am CST and closes on August 1, 2026 at 11:59pm CST. Submissions received outside of this window will not be considered.
CONTENT & USAGE RIGHTS
Will YUMMY use my video in ads? Yes. By submitting a video entry you grant YUMMY Extensions LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submission in paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, website content, and any other promotional materials, in any format and on any platform, without further compensation beyond the prize awarded to the selected winner.
Does YUMMY own my video after I submit it? You retain ownership of your original video. However, by submitting, you grant YUMMY the broad license described above to use the content in perpetuity without additional payment.
Will I be credited if YUMMY uses my video? YUMMY will make reasonable efforts to credit entrants when using their content organically on social media. However credit is not guaranteed in all uses including paid advertising.
Can I post my own video on social media? Yes. You retain the right to post your own submission on your personal social media accounts. We encourage you to share it.
What if I am a minor or appear in a video with a minor? No entries featuring individuals under the age of eighteen (18) will be accepted. By submitting your video you confirm that all individuals appearing in the video are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have provided their consent to appear in the submission.
JUDGING & WINNER SELECTION
How will the winner be selected? Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges from YUMMY Extensions LLC based on the following criteria:
- Authenticity and genuine representation of the YUMMY brand (40%)
- Video quality including lighting, clarity, and audio (25%)
- Creative storytelling and personality (20%)
- Potential for use in paid advertising (15%)
When will the winner be announced? The winner will be announced on or before August 1, 2026 via email and on YUMMY's official Instagram page @yummyextensions.
Will all submissions be used in ads? Not necessarily. YUMMY reserves the right to select any eligible submission for use in paid advertising at its sole discretion. Submission of an entry does not guarantee your video will be used in advertising.
PRIZE
What is the prize? One (1) grand prize winner will receive $2,500 USD awarded via cashier's check. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at YUMMY's sole discretion. YUMMY reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
Are there any taxes on the prize? Yes. The prize value of $2,500 may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. YUMMY will issue a Form 1099-MISC or equivalent tax document to the winner as required by law.
How will the winner be contacted? The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
What is required to claim the prize? The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to return completed documents within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
GENERAL RULES
What happens if I submit content I do not own? Submitting content you do not own or have rights to is a violation of these rules and will result in immediate disqualification. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit your video including the rights to any music, locations, and individuals appearing in the footage.
Can YUMMY disqualify my entry? Yes. YUMMY reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion for any violation of these rules, submission of false information, or any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with YUMMY's brand values.
What law governs this contest? This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
Is this contest affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform? No. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. PRIVACY
How will my personal information be used? Personal information collected through contest entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, contacting the winner, and fulfilling prize obligations.
