The Y-List is our exclusive rewards program at Yummy Extensions, designed to provide our valued clients with special benefits and rewards for their loyalty. We're excited to announce that the official start date of our loyalty program was April 2nd, 2024. From this date onward, you'll begin earning points for your purchases and beyond. The Y-List offers four rewards tiers:

• Insider: The Insider tier is our base tier that instantly unlocks 250 free points upon joining. It doesn't cost you anything to join and you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
• Gold: The Gold tier is the second tier of the Y-List and requires a minimum spend of $1,000 to join. You will earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent within this tier as well as access to bonus points events, double points events, special events and products and 50 additional points just for being a part of this tier.
• Platinum: The Platinum tier is the third tier of the Y-List. This tier includes all of the perks and benefits of the Insider and Gold tiers as well as a personal shopping concierge, 1.5 points for every $1 spent and 100 additional points upon reaching this tier.
• Diamond: The Diamond tier is the highest tier within the Y-List. This tier provides all of the perks and benefits of each tier in addition to a one-time complimentary gift card, 2 points for every $1 spent and 200 additional points upon reaching this tier.

Whatever tier you achieve within a calendar year (Jan 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023) you will remain in that tier for the following year (2024), until you've reached a new tier based on total spend. For instance, if you spend $3,000 dollars in 2024 and achieve Platinum, you stay in that tier through 2025. At the start of 2025, you will keep your earned tier and perks, however, your spending towards that tier's threshold resets to $0 and you must spend the designated tier amount (in this case, $3,000) to ensure that you remain in that tier for the following year (2026) or the next tier up.

You can join the Y-List rewards program by signing up using your email. If you already have a Yummy Extensions account, you can sign into the Y-List with that email and password.

The Y-List is a tiered loyalty program that allows our clients to earn more perks the more they engage and invest with us. Members receive points for each purchase made, which can then be redeemed for exclusive offers and gifts. Members can also earn points by referring friends, following our social pages, on their birthday, gift cards, personal concierges and so much more. No! That’s the best part about being a part of the Y-List. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Reward points are not earned for any shipping costs, taxes or when a discount code is applied. Reward points total will only factor in what your total purchase amount is after the discount code is applied and before shipping and taxes have been applied.

At this time, all points and rewards are only redeemable online. We are working to link our stores with our online site in the future.

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, the points you used to redeem the discount will be added back to your rewards account.

Yes, points will expire six months after receiving them. You must continue to spend to remain in your tier. Whatever tier you achieve in a calendar year (ex. Jan 1, 2024 –Dec 31, 2024), you keep for the following year.

For instance, if you spend $3,000 dollars in 2024 and achieve Platinum, you stay in that tier through 2025. At the start of 2025, you will keep your earned tier and perks, however, your spending towards that tier's threshold resets to $0 and you must spend the designated tier amount (in this case, $3,000) to ensure that you remain in that tier for the following year (2026).

Your rewards tier status is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year.

• Insider, you must spend $0
• Gold, you must spend $1,000
• Platinum, you must spend $3,000
• Diamond, you must spend $5,000

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a black box at the top that reads "current status."

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in on the Shopify website when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at support@yummyextensions.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

To redeem your points in checkout, use the drop down menu directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

Discount code offers will only expire once they have been used one time. If you have redeemed your points for a discount code offer, but you are no longer ready to use that discount code offer, it will remain in your account and will not expire until you've used it. Once you redeem your points for a discount code offer towards your purchase, your discount code will be located on the drop down menu on the checkout page.

No, Yummy cash reward discounts may not be used in combination with a discount code.

As we prepare for our highly anticipated sale season with the lowest prices to date, additional loyalty points and discount codes will not be redeemable in-store or online beginning November 22nd to January 15th. All loyalty points and discount codes will be inactive during this time, so we highly encourage you to redeem your loyalty points and active discount codes before they expire on November 22, 2024.
