Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery.  Processing times for full lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 120 business days. Processing times for the Rare Blend Collection is 3-4 business days to accommodate additional processes required. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.

Please allow up to 48 hous after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at support@yummyextensions.com

Route Insurance is now required on all orders. Route is our package insurance. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.
